APPAREL PRINTING PRICES

Previously we had a pricing chart here, but moved away from large "stair-step" pricing breaks to more granular breaks to best fit the size of your order. While this means we can no longer fit the chart onto a webpage, you can still find helpful information below on the many factors that could change the cost of a project!

— PAN ECTOR STANDARDS —

Turn Around Times

Once your deposit is paid and the art is approved your project will be complete within 7-10 business days. Rush orders are possible when the schedule allows. Additional fees may apply.

Minimum Order Size

Our minimum order size is 25 pieces per design. We may take smaller orders on a case by case basis, but those orders may be subject to set-up fees.

Soft-Hand Print

Hand is a term used to describe the feel of the ink on the garment. Our standard is a reduced plastisol which feels and breaths better, while also having a softer more vintage look.

HAVE YOUR OWN GARMENTS?

Even with the thousands of garment styles available to us, we know that sometimes you’ve got something very specific in mind. Or, maybe you have some blanks leftover from a previous project. Whatever the case, we’re happy to look at what you’ve got to make sure it is something we can print on. But keep in mind, certain fabrics and pre-worn garments aren’t conducive to our printing processes.

Different inks for different looks

Water-based

Pros: Water-based inks are super soft and the print essentially becomes a part of the fabric. For those ultra soft garments and a vintage look, water-based is the way to go.

Things to consider: PMS color matching will not be exact and may blend optically with the garment color.

Soft-Hand

Pros: Our shop standard. Gives a soft hand and vintage look without the added cost of water-based printing.

Things to consider: Some colors may appear dull on darker garments.

Under-Based

Pros: Super bright colors that allow for exact PMS color matching.

Things to consider: A much heavier print due to a base layer printed underneath the art. Not ideal for those Texas summers.

INK COLOR CHANGES

If you want to have several colorways of a design, ink color changes are available with a per color/per placement cost.

FINISHING TOUCHES

Sometimes you need a little something extra to set yourself and your tees apart. For that, we offer some limited finishing touches.

Poly Bagging

Headed straight to retail? Or managing a growing ecommerce site? Poly bagging helps to keep your order organized and presentable for your customers, whether your shirts are going into a crowded back stock area or straight into a poly mailer, poly bagging can save time and money.

Tag Removal

Want to brand your garments inside and out? Reiterating your brand through printed or woven tags is a great way to add value to order and reinforce the customer’s connection to your brand. If we’re adding custom tags to your order, let us save you some time by removing the old tags.

Let’s make it happen!
