Terms + Conditions

If you plan to order a run of printed goods, please read this page!

The turnaround time on your order with Pan Ector Industries LLC (henceforth known as Pan Ector) starts when you pay a deposit and give us all the info we require to complete your order: all artwork, working /correct tags, all fonts required for editable tags, all shipping info, etc. Delay in receipt of any of this info can result in production delays.

Our current turnaround time is 7 to 10 Business Days, plus shipping. Complex orders, as well as add-ons, may increase turnaround time. Delay in approval of mock-ups can also result in production delays. Additionally, each finishing service will add roughly 2 days per finishing to turnaround time. The most up-to-date turnaround time will be listed on your quote and invoice. Please note, any circumstances out of Pan Ector’s control (weather delays, supplier shipping errors, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate. If you have a hard deadline for your order, it is important that you let us know at the time your order is placed. A Rush Fee may apply if there isn't enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. If you do not alert us of a due date at the time you place your order, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

All minimums for Pan Ector are listed on the Apparel Printing Prices page.

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our minimums that cannot be answered in the information here or through the link above.

Your order will not be placed on the Pan Ector work schedule until it is paid for, in full for deposit, unless otherwise approved by Pan Ector staff. If you pay via check, the turnaround time clock on your order will not begin until your check clears our bank account.

Example: Acme, Inc. emails Pan Ector about placing a T-Shirt order. Pan Ector sends Acme a quote. Acme approves the quote and  Pan Ector sends an invoice. Acme waits 3 weeks, and then pays for the order. Once payment is received, Pan Ector places the order on the schedule.

All files must be vector format or at least 300 DPI. The design should be sized to the size it should be printed, and text must be converted to outlines. Be aware that printing can only be as good as the artwork. Pan Ector is not responsible for poor quality printing due to poor artwork. Pan Ector is not responsible for any misspellings, errors, or issues in your art file. If it is in your art file and on your approval, that is how we will print it. Please see our file prep page for more details.

All artwork will be approved via a digital mock-up through email. The customer must check artwork for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art, and accuracy of artwork. It is very important to look over every detail of the digital mock-up, as this is how your garments will print. The customer has 24 hours to approve the digital mock-up upon receipt. Any delays in the approval process will result in production delays. Additionally, any corrections/modifications requested and/or implemented after the customer's approval will result in production delays and additional expenses, which will be invoiced accordingly.

Pan Ector does not charge set-up fees or screen fees. But please note, per industry standard, we will use the same set of screens for all items in your order. The graphic will be printed the exact same size across your complete order, no matter the size of the item we are printing on.

If you would like to have different screen sizes made for different items, please let us know in advance. Each set of screens will be considered a different order, with pricing and minimums charged accordingly. Please keep the max imprint sizes in mind when printing girl and youth sized shirts.

Example: Acme, Inc. orders 30 Girls shirts and 70 Unisex shirts with the same design, but sizes the design differently for the two sets of shirts. Pan Ector will have to make two sets of screens. Acme, Inc. will be charged the 25-50 Quantity pricing for the Girls shirts and 50-75 Quantity pricing for the Unisex shirts, NOT the 100 Quantity pricing.

Pan Ector is not responsible for items that are out of stock. As all garments are ordered after your order is placed, we cannot guarantee their availability. If items are out of stock, we will provide a list of possible replacements for your approval.

Although Pan Ector will always do it’s best through application of standard industry practices, inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing near or over collars, seams, and other edges. Additionally, large prints run the risk of going over the sleeve seam. Pan Ector will not be responsible for these inconsistencies. These are all considered acceptable goods and will not be considered for reprints.

Although Pan Ector will always do it’s best through application of standard industry practices,  inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing over zippers, pockets, or any other uneven surfaces. Pan Ector will not be responsible for these inconsistencies. These are all considered acceptable goods and will not be considered for reprints.

Even though Pan Ector’s printers have years of experience, there is no way to effectively and efficiently measure the distance from the collar on each shirt, as each garment is hand-loaded onto the press. If you request a graphic to be placed 2” down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to make sure all shirts hit that target – but they may be off by as much as an inch in either direction. This will not be considered a misprint and Pan Ector will not reprint or refund these shirts. However, anything over an inch and a half from your desired placement will be considered for a reprint.

Any change made to your order after payment that is not due to a supplier stock issue will be subject to a Change Fee of $50.00, in addition to any additional costs to make the changes. Any changes to your order after it has been placed will delay your order, even if you have paid a Rush Fee and/or have given us a required date.It is very important that you do not place your order until you are certain it is what you want. Once the process begins, everyone in our shop starts working on different aspects of the job, and changes become costly and time-consuming.

Example: Acme, Inc. places an order for 75 Next Level 6210 shirts in Black. Pan Ector then orders the shirts to prepare for printing. Two days later, Acme wants to change the order to 75 Next Level 6210 White tees. Pan Ector now has to re-write the order in our system in its entirety, as well as modify the hard-copy work orders that are in the art room and traveling with the shirts. We have to ship the black shirts back to the supplier (paying a 15% restocking fee + shipping costs) then pay to have new shirts shipped out.

Cancellations made after the order is placed will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus any additional fees required to cover services already rendered. No cancellations will be accepted once production or any manipulation of the garments (tag removal, printed tags, printing, hem tagging, etc.) has begun.

Example: Acme, Inc. places an order for 75 shirts. Pan Ector then orders the shirts to prepare for printing. Two days later, Acme needs to cancel the order (for any reason). Pan Ector has to return the shirts to the manufacturer, incurring shipping fees and restocking fees. Pan Ector refunds Acme for their order minus necessary cancellation fees.

Pan Ector will do everything in our power to meet your must-have date, but we cannot guarantee our ability to accommodate your request. Rush Fees may apply. Customer may be responsible for any expedited shipping charges associated with the order.

Pan Ector will not be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company.

Examples: UPS cannot deliver your package on time due to inclement weather. UPS delivers your package to the wrong address (although provided the correct address) and you do not receive your products on time.

Just like you, we like to spend the holidays with our families and friends. For that reason, Pan Ector is sometimes closed for national and religious holidays. These days will not be considered operational business days and will not count towards turnaround time.

Due to the nature of this business, Pan Ector is not responsible for under-runs or spoilage, up to 10% per design (spoilage must be more than 10 shirts per design for a reprint). Please keep this in mind when ordering (it is never a bad idea to order extras). We always do our best to get you what you ordered. We will refund you the cost of any items shorted from your order, but will not process a reprint for less than 10% of your order (or 10 shirts minimum). Pan Ector will not, at any time, be responsible for any lost profits on items shorted from your order. (IE: If you paid $7.50 per shirt to get the shirt printed, but you sell them for $25.00, Pan Ector is only responsible for the $7.50 you would have paid us for the shirt).

There will be a $30.00 returned check fee.

Pan Ector reserves the right to change pricing without notice.

Example: Acme, Inc. looks at the pricing on Pan Ector 's website on Monday. On Tuesday, Pan Ector changes the pricing on their website due to rising cotton prices. Later that day, Acme, Inc. contacts Pan Ector unaware that the prices have changed since the day before. Acme, Inc. places an order and is charged the most up-to-date pricing.

Pan Ector is not responsible for manufacturer defects. These include, but are not limited to: color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). Though we try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, we cannot guarantee each garment. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is important. A note about over-dying: For any number of reasons, some manufacturers over-dye their garments. Over-dying is the process of re-dying a garment after its initial manufacturing period. Because of this factor, Pan Ector cannot 100% guarantee exact color consistency on coloring with discharge printing or discharge based services (Premium Standard).

While this is most noticeable on white ink prints (showing a slight off white tinge), it can sometimes be seen with other colors. If you are concerned about the possibility of over-dying on a garment you are interested in, or you would like more information or alternate print methods, please contact us. We will be glad to provide you with any information that may help you avoid this issue.

Pan Ector is not responsible for your satisfaction with the printed artwork or the garments upon which the artwork is printed. We are always available to counsel any customer in order to ensure a garment is picked that matches your needs – but we also need you to do your due diligence on the garment choice. If you are unsure of what garment to select, we will gladly order a number of blank samples for you to choose from. The samples will be billed at a per piece rate and shipped without printing. Blank samples will not credit to the cost of your order.

We try to check every garment as it comes off of the press, but sometimes mistakes make it out the door. It is your responsibility to check over garments upon receipt. We allow an industry standard 72 hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with your order. Pan Ector is not responsible for errors with your order if notified after 72 hours of receiving the goods. Additionally, Pan Ector is not responsible for any lost income, customers, accounts, and/or contracts if defective garments are sent out to your final customer. While Pan Ector does quality checks on the garments, the final quality assurance check lies in the hands of you, our customer.

We go to great lengths to ensure that every order that leaves our facility is correct. We value all of our customers, regardless of order size, and we want you to know that we greatly appreciate your business.

Any order printed differently than the approved mock-up will be granted a reprint of the defective product. All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery date. Please email to submit your claim. Pan Ector will gladly accept responsibility for our errors in your order, and reprint accordingly. We do not offer refunds, but will gladly reprint any production errors that exceed the spoilage rate.We will require that you ship the misprinted shirts back to our shop, and will provide you with a UPS label and cover shipping costs. Pan Ector is not responsible for any shirts sold or given away prior to returning the order.

Example: If you order 100 shirts, but sell 15 before returning the remaining shirts to Pan Ector, we are only responsible for the reprinting of the remaining 85 shirts)
