Dylan's Marathon Run
Dylan's Marathon Run
On July 8th, 2019, my life changed in an instant. Just weeks after graduating high school, I suffered a serious traumatic brain injury. I was transferred to Boston Children's Hospital, where an incredible team of doctors, nurses, and advanced practice providers cared for me through days filled with uncertainty.
My experience shaped everything that came next. It pushed me towards medicine and eventually brought me back to Boston Children's, now as a Clinical Research Assistant in the Department of Neurosurgery. Every day, I am reminded why this place is so special.
This April, I am running the 130th Boston Marathon to give back to the hospital that changed my life. Every piece of apparel sold supports the programs that care for kids and families facing their hardest days.
Thank you for being a part of this journey and for supporting a cause that means so much to me. All the love.
